The South African Valuer (quarterly magazine)

Mouthpiece of the South African Institute of Valuers

The South African Valuer covers all real estate valuation issues. Valuations are essential to those professionals, institutions and property practitioners who are required to make informed decisions in relation to an asset class that has been growing in its importance in recent years as it becomes an increasingly sought after private and global investment.

The South African Valuer is a professional quarterly magazine. Apart from covering the Institute's activities, it will carry informative articles on specific valuation issues written by Institute members. The editorial panel for The South African Valuer will encourage its members to submit member news and property valuation specific articles.

The South African Valuer is distributed to every municipality in South Africa and to major companies in the property field. The South African Valuer's editorial mission is to report on valuation standards, anticipate trends and probe the future of the profession all in local and in international contexts.
