Search for a Valuer

When searching for a valuer, one might consider:

  • The required field of specialization (for instance, office properties vs. residential).
  • The qualifications and experience of the individual valuer, including Continued Education and Training (CET) credit points accumulated (not activated as yet).
  • The area in which the valuer resides (e.g. Bellville as opposed to Cape Town).
Enter some search criteria in one or more fields below, then click the search button. Search terms can include surname, city, SAIV branch or company name. Wildcards (*) can be used (e.g. smi* will find smith and smithson). If for some reason you do not have or remember the name of the valuer you are searching for, but know in which area the valuer resides (not work), type in the area (e.g. Bellville) in the first field below and then click the search button. This should generate a list of all the valuers in the particular area you searched for.
